Welcome. I’m Justin. Since 2002, I’ve supported people of all ages as they gain nervous system regulation and everyday resilience. My work began with 20 years of private practice in Rolfing Structural Integration and studies in Cranial Biodynamics, and deepened through the practice of Transforming Touch® and Transforming Intentional Touch®.
As a somatic practitioner, I help clients on their healing journey while I’ve walked my own for three decades. I am also a father of three, a partner, and a lifelong learner. These roles have shaped not only who I am, but how I show up—with presence, compassion, and curiosity.

Transforming Touch® is an in-person, gentle, hands-on practice that helps re-pattern the nervous system. It is a regulation and attachment focused , neurophysiological treatment utilizing touch to create somatic trust.
Transforming Intentional Touch® can be experienced in person or online. It uses intentional, imagined, and guided touch—helping the body shift into regulation and safety without requiring direct physical contact.
